Excellent service, my computer was repaired very quickly and for a reasonable and modest price, could not be compared to the cost of buying a new computer. Todd was prompt and removed viruses that made it impossible for me to work on my laptop. He was clear and to the point and did not lead me into more confusion when I was already confused. My laptop was updated and works much faster, Todd was able to get my computer on Sunday and repair it by Monday, I will be using his services in the future!

Let me start by saying that before I found Thompson PC Repair, my computer was falling apart. Almost literally. The case was warped, the battery just... It may as well not have been in my laptop at all, and even with it plugged in, was still losing life. Now, I can fully attest that I had searched almost everywhere, trying to find help that I could afford and would treat me as a person properly. That's when I stumbled across Thompson PC Repair. Laptop wouldn't turn on after leaving it in the vehicle in extreme cold. Todd was so gracious to walk me through some steps to trouble shoot before bringing it in and it worked my laptop is back up and running!!!! It was very nice to have someone take time. Instead of telling you to just bring it in. Thank you!!
