BEWARE: They charged us $1,500 for a service that wasn’t completed and was canceled 48 hours in advance per the cancellation policy. We’re senior citizens so it’s disheartening to know a business owner like this would exploit us and try to take advantage of us. No ethics or decency. Shame on the owners and employees. We’ll update this post after our complaint with the Secretary of State is received and investigated.

UPDATE - The company mailed a check after seeing the review. They could have processed a refund back to the card but isisted on mailing a check. Not surprised.

May 2025

Driver came to pick up a patient from hospital. He was berating and harassing our staff. He showed up an hour earlier than expected and then left, forcing us to cancel the patient appointment. Incredibly disappointed in the customer service, our company will never use this transportation service again. Hope that driver has the day he deserves!

This company has definitely improved in some ways in the last 6 months. There is a new lady answering the phone which is very pleasant, never rude and does the best to take care of all situations. They now have ambulances that look professional and have members that make people feel important and won’t disappoint. Low cost but high standards
