I am a new patient coming from CHI where the front desk blocked access to appointment for care when sick and for lab work for specialist upstairs at the 12 hour mark. I was referred to Papillion Family Medicine by a new neighbor. There are some current medical issues that need addressed and this is the place that has shown me compassion and dignity and true healthcare that is lacking elsewhere. I am an old nurse from another state and I appreciate REAL healthcare. Thank you! I also am not a big review writer in life but this was imprortant for me to express my gratitude. You should not have to arm yourself for battle to receive standard quality care.

I switched to this office a couple of years ago and it’s a change I wish I made a lot sooner. I really appreciate everyone here and all that they do. They’ve always been very kind and patient with me. The office manager even called me last year to say they’re still going to take my insurance after the whole mess CHI and Aetna had, which was a huge weight off my shoulders at the time. They’ve been really great about calling me to get appointments scheduled and get results back to me. I highly recommend them
