I had a positive experience in the clinic especially Dr. Loyd! Who was kind and helpful during my visit and was insightful and honestly just amazing. The doctor sent my prescription to a pharmacy and informed me that if they were unable to fill it, they could send it to another pharmacy. However, when I arrived at the pharmacy, it was already closed. I quickly searched for a nearby pharmacy and found a CVS location, but unfortunately, it was permanently closed.

When I called the clinic again to have the prescription redirected to my previous pharmacy, the nurse who assisted me addressed me in a tone that made me feel like I was being an inconvenience.... read full review
