From the very moment that we contacted Marcos, we felt good about them. Despite calling at the very end of the day, Erica was super friendly, patient and accommodating as she helped answer our questions and set up a time for an estimate. Mike and Vince came out, measured the windows, discussed options and advised they would follow up soon with an estimate. No pressure, no hard sales, just friendly people who took the time to answer our questions. Soon after we received our estimate and the price was almost exactly the same as we had been quoted by another competitor. The sales and installation team were top notch. Very professional and personable. They took great care in our house and even engaged with my curious 2 year old. We can't wait to load our closets with our clothes and use our space efficiently.
Rick and the team at Marco built and installed a beautiful custom barn door in our 100 year old house that completely transformed the space. Highly recommend if you’re in the market for a custom barn door in Omaha. Responsive, timely, reasonably priced and top notch craftsmanship - what more could you want?
