Scott Sheehan is a great person and highly qualified technician. Excellent of carefully inspecting our roof, identifying cracks where bats are coming and going from our attic. Working with our roofers to correct any problems. Went back after roofers opened access for bats when reroofing showed us where they opened attic access so we had roofers out with pictures he took to correct their work. He then reinspected and sealed their work again. In
Scott Sheehan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish! He made what was a stressful situation extremely bareable! If all your employees are like this I highly recommend this company!
Last summer it was moles; This summer it was woodchucks. We absolutely appreciate Critter Control, and Scott in particular who was on-site both times to resolve our issues with these unwelcome guests. Hopefully we won't need critter help again, but if we do, we know who to call. :)
