Despite calling at the very end of the day, Erica was super friendly, patient and accommodating as she helped answer our questions and set up a time for an estimate. Mike and Vince came out, measured the windows, discussed options and advised they would follow up soon with an estimate. No pressure, no hard sales, just friendly people who took the time to answer our questions. Soon after we received our estimate and the price was almost exactly the same as we had been quoted by another competitor. The difference for us though is that Marcos is a local business (which we like to support) and the shutters were being built in house, out of real wood (not composite material) and I felt confident that they would stand behind their work. Within a few weeks, Glen was out to do the install and he was very kind, efficient and courteous. He even took the time to measure some additional windows that we are considering adding shutters to as well. Now that the shutters are up, we are thrilled with them and we love how versatile they are and how they change the look and feel of the rooms they are in. We are very happy with the choice we made and we appreciate that from first call to the install, everyone was friendly and helpful and that the finished product came out better than we had hoped for.“
