She lets you explain what your reason for coming in is, then gives options. With the options provides education behind them. Not long and drawn out but enough to help you decide. Ellen is wonderful at what she does. She was very gentle and very knowledgeable about everything, it was my very first time doing anything and it was a great experience, so happy with my results ! I will definitely be coming back ! Thank you so much Ellen ❤️

Although I didn't get anything done, she was very honest about the fact that the area I wanted would not be affected by treatments. In a world where everyone is taking money and delivering no real results it was refreshing to find someone who stands by truth!
