Love our roof company up by Springfield mo, stole my $11,700 dollars, the only thing done was the inspection bye Tom Rogers, stayed in contact tell they got the cash, never once contacted by owners of company, company excuse for putting job off tell company closing, they were waiting on a back order for a sun roof, it’s been about two years sinceService: Roof inspection

SCAM ALERT We paid the full amount to Xcel roofing. But they failed to pay their material suppliers. They owe them $3000. Which one the material suppliers put a lien on my house for that $3000. Had total tear off and re-shingle, ridge vents installed, new fascia, gutters and down spouts. Completely resided the house with new vinyl siding and some wall damage repaired.Original Project manager was Tyler Harvey who is a very knowledgeable and professional tradesman, The project ran very smooth with Tyler overseeing it, unfortunately about half way through the project he was replaced with another project manager and things did not run as smooth after that. Had many call backs for minor things that should have been done right the 1st time. I highly recommend this company, if you can get Tyler to oversee your project.Services: Gutter installation
