I had 2 big picture windows replaced and new siding installed. Troy came out to give me a quote and review options and then came out again to review sample colors and make a final selection as I was going back and forth with the color and didn't want to make an expensive wrong choice. He was so patient with me and helped me decide on Sea Slate which I absolutely love! Thanks Troy! Ralph and Loren's crews then both showed up in full force to knock out my windows and all the guys were awesome! There was great commraderie, teamwork and dedication amongst them. We just signed our contract with Full Armor! Were very impressed with the superb customer service provided by Kolby. Someone mentioned on their reviews it was like buying a new car. We dealt with some shady sales people and overpriced quotes . Koby stands out because he was honest and knowledgeable helped us through the different window choices and offer better price and we believe we chose the right company to replace all of our windows. Also this a small local businesses with their own quality employees verus others that are subcontractors. We are delighted with our new windows from Full Armor! They were installed today and they are beautiful. The quality of the windows and installation exceeded any expectation we had. Mile, Tony and Emerson went above and beyond to make certain our experience was a great one!! We very highly recommend Full Armor to anyone considering window replacement!!
