Great place. Everyone is chill and nobody bothers you. I've had training sessions here and Adrian is awesome. Equipment is kept up well, place is always being cleaned. Can't speak to classes but they offer those as well. Reasonable, private, everything you want in a gym!

As someone just beginning to get serious with my fitness regime.. This gym has felt so welcoming from the start! I am able to accomplish my daily workout routine. Friendly staff that don't hover, and equipment is well maintained.

I have been going here for two years and love it. If you are looking for a gym that has all the equipment you need, you can get in and get out, and gets the job done with 24 hour access with a great price then this is it. Seems like a lot of the bigger gyms it’s always a show and not many are there to workout but West O is the opposite. The staff is friendly and awesome and the people that go here are friendly. It’s like a little community with the same friendly faces at the different times every day but we could use some new friendly faces so give it a shot and don’t wait til next Monday start now!
