Amber the salon manager with the L Street Marketplace location went over and above. Helped me with issues getting two gift cards activated which took quite some time. Very patient and understanding. Great work ethics and patience like no other. Need more employees like this. Outstanding employee.

I only got 4 stars only because it's a little bit pricey but I had 2 perfumes, and it was soo good. My husband bought it for me. Coach dream sunset and snif coco shimmy I'm obsessed.
I really like this store and prefer it to Sephora, but I've had some frustrating experiences with Curbside Pickup recently. On my first attempt, I waited over 10 minutes in the curbside stall, I didn’t check in ahead of time, as it was my first time using the service, so I didn’t realize it was an option to Check in ahead of time. I ended up going inside when no one came out and had to wait in line behind five people, even though my order was already prepared and paid for.
