We always have wonderful service with the Frazier company!! Russ was amazing and showed me all the ins and outs of my unit. He went above and beyond to make sure my unit would work efficiently and explained everything along the way. Super friendly and professional! Appreciate these guys so much!

Russ is a great technician. He's efficient, prompt, and takes time to explain what is needed and why. We appreciate his honest opinions about how to save money and when something truly needs to be replaced. He's the only technician we use!

We had a water heater that was leaking bad over the holiday. Nate (owner) took time out of his holiday to come over and help his technician. Jacob was outstanding and did a fantastic job, could not have done better.
Outstanding service and what's best is they were HALF the COST compared to the 2 other bids we had.
