OK.....I may have written a review, based on last years experience (when you were still The Gutter Truck). If not, put me in the Time Out corner!!!! However....I now have the opportunity to correct my error in not writing a review, if that be the case, as TGT again saved me! Well...more my foundation/walkway/driveway, from the submerged downspout that refused to cooperate and froze over the 2 winters I have been in this house. This company ROCKS! Last year, Linn designed a functional, albeit asthetically "different" downspout connection, due to the way my fencing was situated. Ah, yes, skeptic that I can be, I was corrected by the designs ability to function perfectly. And the most recent (this year) hiccup that TGT has again shone, the above mentioned submerged front entry downspout installed by a different company, that refused to function properly, so TGT had to come out, generate a solution, and as I write this, Linn has again saved the day!!!!! Thank you, you guys....all the staff I have dealt with through your business has treated me with respect, demonstrated stellar Customer Service, and I'm not going anywhere that you aren't! Susie
