I called so that I can get my key fob reprogrammed and before I knew it someone was knocking at my door, it was less than 20 minutes. I open the door and the guy name was Nick. He was so kind and friendly. He started working on my reprogramming immediately he shared his thoughts on what could be going on with my car if it wasn’t the reprogramming. He also talk to me about the company superior and at that point I decided that I was going to be an ongoing customer just by his customer service skills. Had a fantastic experience with “Nick”. Ultimately found my key so I didn’t up needing their services, but he was timely, polite, professional, and very understanding of the situation. The price quoted to me was very reasonable. Will absolutely use them the next time I’m in a jam.

We recently needed the front door to our home rekeyed and couldn’t be happier with Superior. We weren’t in a huge rush, but they got us in quickly with next-day service. Drew was fantastic to work with; very kind and personable, communicative, and was in and out in about 30 min. He did a great job and we would recommend him to anyone needing locksmith assistance.
