Urine in the trash can AND towel warmer. Roaches. Mold. Dirty clippers causing an infection. AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CARE ABOUT CLEANLINESS.

It had been awhile since my last haircut and things were kind of out of control. I signed up using the app and it checked me in when I got there. They made me look great again.

Don't want to make the wait longer for her, but Kylie is awesome! Lived on 60th and Ames (which I hated for 13 years) went to Great Clips, found a stylist that did a great job, she left Great Clips, started her own thing. She was on 72nd and Dodge, I followed (more money, which was fine, happy with the outcome). When I bought a house on 178th and Giles, I was no longer following because of the distance. Went to the Sports Clips on 168th and Harrison, hated the experience (these people are rood). This is a franchise, 168th and 370 is amazing regardless of the stylists (never had a bad cut). However, if she has a long wait to check in, I will do a different day. Kylie is my favorite, she is the only to cut my hair in almost a year. Y'all got a good one, don't let her leave! Thank you Kylie! Make sure you're getting the right location when you write a review! Brooke is also amazing! Remember this is a franchise, they are not owned by the same people, right down the street may be different. This location is the best of all that I have been too.

I took my 1 year old son in for a trim and they charged me $41. THEY TRIMMED HIS HAIR AND THEY CHARGED ME $41! They didn’t shampoo, condition, or do any warm rags; they literally just trimmed it. I’ve reached out for a refund several times with no response, Do NOT come here.

My stylist/barber/hair cutting person was exceptional in speed, efficiency and social etiquette. She was a busy body getting all up in my business like some stylists. She was polite, and courteous.
