We absolutely love this place and the staff is the best! My 9 year old chipped her tooth at school Friday and it was quite the scare. We called Smile Station's number and left a message, which was returned immediately by the staff. They were so attentive and helpful and to top it off, met me at the office on a Friday at 4:30 to do the repair. Dr. Matt and Hannah were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to calm my daughter. They worked quickly and were so kind and caring. I had called my adult dentist about the issue as well, and my daughter freaked. She only wanted Dr Matt. That made my heart happy. Great Service! My son broke his tooth while playing basketball. After Hours Emergency line staff member was so kind and helpful. Dr. Bryan was able to get my son in as soon as he could and fixed his tooth. Wonderful!!
My 5-year-old son is really scared of going to the dentist. He's probably every dentist's nightmare patient. He doesn't like lying flat, having his teeth cleaned, or any aspect of the visit, really. I'm there the whole time trying to keep him calm. We've been coming here since his very first dentist appointment, and I don't know how they do it, but they're always kind and somehow don't get frustrated or mad at him. They always tell him "good job" at the end of the visit. They do a fantastic job with him every time and are very accommodating. I'll keep working with my son to help him be less afraid, but as a parent, it's nice to see people being so caring for him
