Highly recommend Francisco Lucas, He was very transparent about the weather conditions making a roof unsafe to do a full inspection, which I appreciated. Instead, he spent time educating us on collateral damage and checked our windows/gutters and downspouts We’re looking forward to having him back out for the rescheduled roof inspection when it’s safer. He took the time to explain the current condition of my shingles and what I should keep an eye on. It’s rare to find someone so honest and helpful when providing a free service. Got a free inspection and found tons of roof damage. Worked with Jason Taylor and this man handled EVERYTHING. He talked with my insurance company for me and got me a huge claim. He even came out and put tarp on my roof to cover some spots before insurance even saw it. Got everything claimed, processed, and installed in a week. I've worked with a couple other roofers in the past and this company has been by far the best. Even calling in to make the payment the customer service staff was friendly and helpful. Great work, great people, great experience!
