Gia was fantastic! She was the optometric tech who was with me through my exam. She was very knowledgeable and efficient and had a great rapport with the doctor.
After the exam, Gia helped me select a frame. She gave honest feedback and provided a lot of options. From there we selected lenses and took measurements.
I had a great experience at LensCrafters with Gia! I’d recommend anyone go to this location and see Gia when they need new glasses!

She was incredibly kind, personable, knowledgeable, and thorough—she took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly explained the differences between lens options, frame styles, and considerations I hadn’t even thought of. Her caring, and easy going approach put me at ease. I highly recommend her! She made my day better just by being in it. I really appreciate the time she spent with me. Dr. Jarryd Schieffer was also wonderful—very attentive and informative.
