Sanwick Remodeling did a major remodeling project on the first floor of our home and did a great job. We moved walls, added a main bathroom, and completely changed the floor plan. We knew all the costs up front and they met their timeline. I recommend them for a project.

Sanwick Remodeling has done four different projects for us; we are extremely pleased with each. One, a total remodel of our master bedroom/bath areas, was beautiful beyond expectations. The bath placed first in the builders’ association competition that year. Another was in response to major water damage in our lower level. Although already pressed by a busy schedule, Todd Sanwick immediately sent workers to mitigate the damage, then refinished the damaged area. The renovation much surpassed the original! We had an addition put on and moved the kitchen to make a great room. The quality of work was excellent and the workers very professional.
