Our furnace went out last Wednesday 10/22. The repairman we called came the same day and said the warranty had expired. He would order the part and it would be $1,050 plus installation. He would be back on Thursday. He never came back and wouldn’t return our phone calls. On Wednesday 10/29 we contacted Sandhills…they were here in less than 1 hour! They said the part was under warranty! They repaired everything for about 1/3 of the cost the first guy quoted. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very prompt. My only regret is that I didn’t call them first. Would highly recommend for all heating and air conditioning repair. They are definitely a 5 star company... read full review

My air conditioner broke in the middle of July AND I was out of town! Thanks to the quick response of Nick and Jerry from Sandhills H&C it was fixed within 24 hours and life went back to normal. It was a happy ending to a sad story!

I can not recommend Sandhills company more. Our air conditioner began to have problems on Saturday . Sunday I called multiple companies that even didn’t return my call. Nick returned my call and came very quick. He is very knowledgeable, responsible and honest. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We will use the company for our future needs and recommend to family and friends.
