Our furnace went out last Wednesday 10/22. The repairman we called came the same day and said the warranty had expired. He would order the part and it would be $1,050 plus installation. He would be back on Thursday. He never came back and wouldn’t return our phone calls. On Wednesday 10/29 we contacted Sandhills…they were here in less than 1 hour! They said the part was under warranty! They repaired everything for about 1/3 of the cost the first guy quoted. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and very prompt. My only regret is that I didn’t call them first. Would highly recommend for all heating and air conditioning repair. They are definitely a 5 star company if not more. They are a family owned company.
We will be recommending Sandhills everyone! Nick was thorough and patient with our furnace problem and when the issue kept occurring, he problem solved and now we are all good to go. Professional and kind and not once did it feel we were getting taken advantage of. Thank you Sandhills!
Sandhills Heating & Cooling came to my rescue when my house was 91° inside and it was 99° outside. I did not have an appointment. I called after school and asked if they had any time to look at my a/c. Nick was over within 20 minutes of my call to the office. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and what option were available. I’m so glad I took my dad’s recommendation and am now a proud Sandhills Heating & Cooling customer.
