I got my hair bleached, dyed, and styled at Salon Chelena by a stylist named Liz. She listened to exactly what I wanted—which was a peekaboo dye idea with a mixture of neon pink and neon blue—and executed it perfectly! I definitely recommend coming here if you're considering getting any crazy colors. You don’t need to go somewhere specific and super expensive when you have locals who can achieve that unique look you're looking for. 10/10, I plan to get a retouch in the future!
