We just had our bi- annual cleaning/checkup on our air conditioner. Our technician was Merlin. I was completely impressed with his work. He was very thorough, explained issues well, was respectful of our house, and his attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend River City and Merlin!

couldn't believe they were able to provide same-day service in the middle of a heat wave! trent was very respectful of my work-from-home situation as well. appreciate the fast and great service, we are cool again!!!

My ancient AC unit called it quits on Sunday. I called and had a service person out on Tuesday morning. The unit was replaced Wednesday morning. Everyone was great to work with. They answered all our questions. They really know their stuff. Definitely recommend 100%
