I have been a River City customer for 15 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else!!! Kim in the office is AMAZING and my senior technician Eddy today was first class AWESOME !! They take the best care of my unit, keeping it clean and efficient. Thank you Brad for running such wonderful, honest, world class company!!

We always use River City to maintain our furnace and AC. The technician who was out today, Eddie, seemed particularly thorough in his inspection and testing of the furnace. I appreciated him sharing what was important to examine and clean during maintenance. I hope Eddie is the technician on future service calls.

The service from River City has always been excellent and reasonable, we have used them for several years. They don’t try to upsell you on parts. The service guys are knowledgeable and friendly, recently had Eddie install a new thermostat and then our semiannual inspection (which is very reasonable compared to others in the past) and maintenance. Great work. Thanks.
