Was lied to from the receptionist. Then was charged extra money that I was not told about on the front end. Poor communication within the company that I got the short stick on!
I had paperwork that they did my houses roof b4 I moved in, so I called and the receptionist said they did and was going to send someone out to look at it. After they fixed the roof, they sent me an invoice. I asked why I was being charged if you were fixing an issue you did, and they told me they didn’t do my roof the first time so they were going to charge me.
Either the receptionist lied or she misspoke. But I wasn’t told I was going to be charger!

Rich and his guys fixed our leaky roof about 8 months ago. We have had leaks in our main floor dining area over the years. Rich's people fixed the roof and after last night's rain of over 7 inches, not any problem.
