I did not answer some of the questions because we have not gotten to them yet. We are done with first painting. Next I assume will be flooring/countertops/lighting etc. we have been very happy with the process so far. The only thing we would really like to have is a firm close date. We have movers to line up, utilities to set up, deliveries to set up. We totally understand the way things are in this uncertain environment, but would really like to get a date as soon as we can. But we are extremely happy with Kamie and Nick and it has been a pleasure working with them.
