I saw a commercial on a local channel and thought wow that company looks so professional I had to call. I know they have a bunch of trucks because I see them around town but sure enough the guy from the commercial showed up! His name is Ben and he has to be the most knowledgable guy in the industry. Every single question I asked was answered without hesitation. He walked me through the entire process and provided me with documentation explaining everything. He left me with his card and I used it and called him multiple times with claim questions and all sorts of stuff. This Company saved me from the mistreatment of another company. Had Home one roofing originally. Kept me waiting a year and then they canceled my contract last month. Rider came in and save the day. They immediately start work within a week. I had my siding up. They did a beautiful job. They cleaned up beautifully and they were so respectful of my property. I cannot recommend red rhino roof, roofing enough, save yourselves, a headache, and just go with them in the first place.. Bless This company and their employees. Thanks again.
