After a recent fire at one of the apartment communities I manage, we were faced with a very stressful and emotional situation. Phoenix Restoration responded quickly and stepped in right away. From the beginning, their team was kind, understanding, and incredibly respectful of the situation and the people affected.
They communicated clearly, answered questions patiently, and most importantly placed a real sense of urgency on getting the building secured and the restoration process moving forward. In situations like this, responsiveness and professionalism matter so much, and their team delivered on both.

I had a very positive experience with Phoenix Restoration, particularly with Tim.
They handled a sewage backup in my basement — never a fun situation — and approached it with professionalism, calm, and clear communication from start to finish. Tim was thorough in his assessment, took the time to explain what he was seeing, and made sure I understood the remediation process before work moved forward. Tim and the remediation team at Phoenix were incredible with the water damage in our basement. Tim helped us understand and walked us through every step, including what can so often be confusing and scary, insurance. We would recommend Phoenix to everyone!
