This was my first time leaving my baby and I was super nervous. When I called they gave me updates on her eating/ play/ bathroom habits which made me feel better. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because she was there from Wednesday until Monday and I only got pics two days out of the stay. I would have liked to see pics every day since there are no cameras. But other than that I would highly recommend. I felt secure that she was taken care of.

We brought our dog in for a grooming for a second time. Both times Ash helped us. She was kind and complimentary to our dog who is definitely a barker. She was patient and took care of him so well, and he is so cute! We appreciate her work!

We moved to Omaha two years ago. Having said goodby to our favorite PetSmart groomer in Portland, Oregon, we needed to find a new fave here. Having tried a couple of recommended grooming salons, with not great results, we finally found an excellent groomer for our Standard Poodle at OakView PetSmart. Her name is Ash, and she is very talented with giving our Nelson a sporting cut with pomm tail and topknot. She is also sweet to him--she actually likes him and doesn't treat him like he's just another dog, which I appreciate! I can tell that he is happy to see her. For the second grooming with her, I wanted her to make a slight adjustment to the back of the topknot.... read full review
