    I used to work out religiously, play sports non-stop, even in adulthood, but lost my way. After almost 3 years of thinking about working out, I finally made the commitment. I was scared, even though I knew it would make me feel better. I have a ton of equipment at home but always made excuses. But no more excuses.

    I was also scared to workout with people that had been there for years and looked WAY better than I did. I thought people are going to look at me and think…yeah…she needs to be here.     Luke is the owner and trainer. He is absolutely amazing. Motivating, extremely knowledgable, and just a great guy. No matter your goals, big or small, Luke will tailor a plan to meet them. And if you do your part, you will meet those goals. I could not speak more highly of this individual or his gym.
