At PHD hair solutions you’re treated like family and it’s always a warm and welcoming environment. My sister, brother and parents have all been going here for 15+ years. Karen-Anne will always accommodate busy schedules. You know she truly cares about what she does as she’s always working to improve the salon and treatments offered. I first reached out to Karen Anne when I was having a hair emergency. She was so kind and accommodating and managed to squeeze me in her busy schedule on short notice. She listened to my concerns and understood exactly what I needed. She explained the "hair science", and offered solutions. You can tell by that conversation and how she explained her process how talented this person is, how passionate she is about her job, and how much she cares about making her clients happy. I was thrilled with the results. I continue to go to Karen Anne since that emergency and my hair keeps improving with every visit. I always walk out of her salon feeling confident and beautiful.
My husband and I have been clients of PHD Hair Solutions (formerly known as Pemberley's) for years. We have always been very happy with the haircuts/color we have received.
