Was already a member but evidently let my membership lapse, so wasn't sure what I wanted to do. Ranim was Amazing, got me set up again, explained why my previous membership lapsed. Ranim is super friendly, funny, overall outstanding personality and offered top notch customer service, which is hard to come by these days! Was considering going to a local competitor but because Ranim was so fabulous I decided to stay with Palm Beach!!

Valerie was so helpful in helping me pick out lotions and what membership would be best for me. I have super sensitive skin, and without her help, I might not have ever gone to a tanning salon again! Love this location! Always clean and friendly.

The staff is amazing every time I go in there. They are always greeting me when I walk in. They are not pushy about selling products. They ask how I’m doing on products and then leave it at that. The reception area and rooms are always clean. Best place to tan.
