Dr. Davies has provided amazing care from surgery through follow-up. The tech, Brandon, was wonderful at putting us at ease by fully explaining what to expect. They both managed to be bright spots in a less than stellar ordeal.
The appointment was super easy to set up on the mobile app, e-checkin was nice and lets ya get a few things out of the way before your visit. The staff was helpful, friendly and made sure that I was prepared for everything that was going to happen. The doctor was professional and assuring, and made sure I knew what was happening. I am very happy with my experience and more so with my out come.
All staff were friendly and respectful of my privacy. Everyone involved was highly communicative with each other and myself, constantly letting me know what they were doing and checking in on my comfort level with local anesthesia. Preparation and post-operation were a comfortable breeze thanks to my positive attitude staff member. Bonus: they let me pick the music to listen to for the procedure, which was an unanticipated bonus!
