“Just had my Douglas 727 scope 7 string worked on. Had a full set up, restring, and have the licensed floyd looked at. Mat who was the tech called me with updates and questions. He forgot to ask me my playing style so he called me back not even 5 minutes later. I am very impressed on the quality of work he did. Because it is not a major name brand like Jackson, Fender etc, the stores in my hometown were not able to work on it. I would gladly take my guitar back for other needed work or repairs. Granted it is only a $190 guitar from rondo music, he took great care like it was a $6,000 guitar. Very satisfied with his level of care. It plays so good I feel like it is brand new and not a used instrument. The right setup makes a huge impact. Thank you to Mat for your help and care along the 2 day journey, and for calling me on updates and questions that helped the process. Would recommend and return for other services.<br><br>Update. Took it in for fretwork a week later. Mat was very quick, and did a very good job.y frets feel as if I just bought it off the shelf. Only charged me $66 dollars with tax. Will definitely be taking any and all guitars to him for repairs, setups, and restrings.”
