We contacted Millard Roofing to inspect some water damage surrounding the siding of our chimney. Cole came out and gave a thorough, clear explanation of next steps. He gave a knowledgeable explanation of the damage and made us feel very comfortable asking questions and addressing our concerns.

Justin made what could have been a very pain filled and hard process, much less painful and easy. Our house was hit with a hail storm and State Farm tried to claim the damage was minimal (typical of many if not all insurances.) Justin assured me there was damage and he would get it taken care of. To this point that is exactly what he's done. Instead of getting the roof and a few windows replaced, he has met with adjusters 3 different times to hold them accountable and get all damaged windows replaced and siding too. Without the help of a company like this that keeps insurance in check it would have been very costly for my family. Trust these guys not your adjusters!!
