Jack came out on a Sunday to work on our AC when it was struggling to keep up. It took him 5 minutes to identify the problem- a faulty capacitor. He had it replaced quickly. He also took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly. We are grateful we can now sleep in a comfortable temperature tonight.
