10/16/25 Once again, Krissy is an excellent staff member and representative for the Max I Walker company. Krissy is always friendly and helpful. Krissy always seems to have a positive attitude about her work and she is a pleasure to deal with. Her staff knows my name and recognizes me before I can ask for my clothes....great service!!!!
I went to Max I Walker a few minutes after they take in things for a 24 hour service. I had my son's suit jacket that had to be cleaned for my Grandma's funeral, I had never been to the dry cleaners EVER! It was almost like asking my Grandma to wash/clean his jacket for me. Amazing people!! They got my son's suit jacket done within 2 hours. I know my Grandma was looking down on me at that point. Thank you!!!
I went to a different cleaners who damaged my favorite dress. I decided to try Max I Walker in Countryside Village. Krissy took the time to explain to me what happened and she was able to reverse the damage. So grateful! I will never go anywhere else!
