Liz, my therapist was fantastic and responded to my massage wish list?. The 4-star is because the client on the other side of the room was obnoxiously loud and talked for an entire hour. Her therapist should have told her the voices needed to be low because the divider is paper thin and everybody can hear what's being said. Liz handled the whole thing professionally and I tried to turn my attitude to the positive that maybe that client needed someone to talk to.

Ceola did a great job! New place, very clean. Everyone was very friendly. I got the extra scrubs on the hands and feet. It did take away from the 60 min massage. So it was more like 25 mins of scrub and 35 mins of massage.

Carolyn gave me a medium, 60 hour massage and it was worth every penny! She was very kind, respectful, and always told me to speak up if it was too much or too little pressure! I will always choose to go back to Massage Envy for a massage! I also would recommend Carolyn!
