I took my laptop in to get the charging port looked at, they diagnosed it and then fixed it within a day! In and out, he even had a new charger for me to purchase. I highly recommend ?
Took my switch to them, they tried to replace the charging port and bq chip, took a few days, and eventually they found out the CPU shorted and returned it, didn't even charge me, very kind of them!
