We love it here! We’ve gone her for years and my daughters don’t want to go anywhere else for their pedicures. They are treated with such kindness and care, and they love that the kids pedicure comes with a free design!
The staff are very accommodating with appointment times and work to get me in on short notice if they can. After a mediocre experience elsewhere this week, we will continue to give our business to Kanwa! Other places just don’t compare with their customer service.
Tina is amazing, she made my nails so beautiful! She is a true artist sculpting, the most gorgeous nails. She has a light hand and is very gentle. 1000/10, 5 stars is not enough. The Kanwa spa is so relaxing and everyone who works here is amazing. Roe does an amazing pedicure, you can beat! Here massages are to die for and she is so creative with the cat eye polish! I couldn't recommend them more.
My first time at Kanwa, Nene was recommended to me by a coworker. I am going on vacation next week, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she executed it beautifully!! We ended up being there a little past close (I still feel bad, I will make my appointment earlier next time:) but even with staying later I never once felt like Nene was rushing to get me out or feeling like an inconvenience to her or the front the desk. (The front desk gal was also very warm and welcoming) Just wanted to say thank you so much!! I have been looking for a new nail place since I moved to an Omaha a few months ago and I’m happy I found Kanwa!!
