Jen is super knowledgable and does exactly what I ask every single time! I have long hair (and it grows at the slowest humanly possible rate) and usually just want my split ends off, this is no easy task because I've been to many salons (we are military and move a lot!) And most people cut SO much hair off to just get my dead ends and shape and I loose way too much length, Jen knows how to magically trim exactly enough, with a good shape, for me to continue trying to grow my hair out. She is also amazing at Up-do's for big events. I had dozens of compliments!
