These last two weeks I've felt so run down & dehydrated. Yesterday I decided it would be very beneficial to get a drip of IV fluids ( so crazy that it's a thing now), when I say I felt 1000x better before the drip was even over. It was so crazy to see! My body felt like a dried up sponge that you forgot in the back of under the sink. SOOOO DEHYDRATED! Jami came in hot with the recommendation to visit Mary with IVY Wellness Spa & HOLY SHEET ?

I just wanted describe my recent experience to anyone interested in more holistic care and recovery. I recently went through a series of health issues and kept getting sick with viruses strep, Covid etc. My immune system was so down. Mary came to my home and offered me individualized therapy based on what was going on with me. She was thoughtful in her approach and explained to me all of the health benefits due to my recent conditions. She added additional zinc and vitamin C to help boost my immune system and added a B12 shot for increased energy.
