We needed to schedule a Functional Capacity Evaluation for an employee. I called Eric, Integrated Care's Clinic Administrator, on a Monday. We were able to get the employee scheduled for his evaluation on Wednesday and had the results by Thursday afternoon. The evaluation was extremely thorough and provides us with all of the necessary information we needed. I was impressed with Eric and his knowledge of what we were needing to get scheduled during the initial intake call. Additionally, their provider was bilingual which made this appointment very easy and comfortable for our employee during his evaluation. I was sent to Integrated Care 4832 S 24th St Omaha Nebraska for physical testing prior to a job-Fabulous! Eric the Owner, his son Sam, though going to College is like a 30 year old, and, not least, Luis the Physical Therapist and former Strength Coach who patiently and expertly guided me through all the test-hr knows his business as well. Businesses please take note of this business, Integrated Care and utilize them and promote them. Sam is even majoring in Spanish besides business. An ideal Omaha enterprise, Daniel H?

Wonderful place to go, I play sports 3 times per week and from time to time I experience injuries. Integrated care is my place to go every time, they are able to get me back to the game in no time. they are always super friendly, professional and very affordable. I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of their services!
