Love the facility, and the staff is amazing! On behalf of my dad, Wayne Baumler, who has macular degeneration, we were all very impressed with the care that he received today at his first appointment. Ashley D. was exceptional in her assessment and testing. Gina was so kind and attentive with her information she relayed to us. And last, but not least, Dr. Arkfeld was a very soothing presence with his words and reassurances to my dad about what he can expect going forward with his care. He took the time to listen to my dad's stories, and really made him feel heard and not rushed. Really feel good about Ilumin as his new eye care specialist.

My husband had an eye appointment at ilumin this week. They called to remind him and the receptionist was friendly and ch does him in offering us something to drink(coffee, water, tea). We had a short wait and everyone was informative and got his appointment done in good time.

My father has been seeing Dr. Arkfeld and staff for several years now. Everyone is so kind and patient with him. I would like to give a shout out to Carissa. She was so sweet to him yesterday. She was professional, kind, and made sure to answer all his questions. Thank you Carissa! Also Dr. Arkfeld is fantastic. He has helped my dad with all his eye troubles. He is a fantastic doctor, also very professional, kind, and made sure to listen to all of our questions. Thank you ilumin!
