I at first thought I had made a mistake when I spent quite a bit of money to sign up for this program. But I told myself I would stick with it. And I did with the help of the staff, Lana, who explained the program and the cost, physician, Dr. Weedman, who was very knowledgeable and willing to share information, and Susan Ryan, the nutritionist, cheerleader, champion and Katie, who encouraged me and listened to my stories. This team calling and checking and offering advice and recommendations made this journey successful. I went from 234 lbs to 178 lbs in 9 months. I followed the program, the diet, and I feel so much better with the weight gone. It was worth every penny!
