Love hotworx! I started 3 years ago, lost over 30 pounds, and built muscle. I could never find any gym/workout that I was consistent with until hotworx. They have so many different workouts so it doesn’t get boring and the sauna feels great mentally and physically. The staff is super friendly and always makes you feel comfortable.

Life changing! I love classes, but struggled to find times that worked since I work full time and have 2 kids in travel sports. Having Hotworx classes available 24/7 has been exactly what I needed to make time for myself. I’ve had 3 knee surgeries but have yet to have any knee issues- the modified versions available combined with the heat work great! As someone who was not very in shape and didn’t love to sweat, I was skeptical… but in a few short months I’ve seen so many results from my fitness, to skin and mood. I can’t say enough good things about it!
