We replaced carpet in two areas on our main floor and had our current wood floors (that Heartland did 10 years ago) re-sanded and refinished. They did an excellent job and we are very happy with our results. 10/10 would recommend them. Their contractors and employees were always very pleasant and professional. I have red oak wood floors that were in use for 21 years and decided to have them refinished. Heartland Wood Floors removed all the exiting finish down to bare wood without damage to the base trim or cabinets. They did a thorough job removing all the finish. I elected to have a water based coating applied without staining for a lighter look to the floor. I was very pleased with the completed project and would highly recommend Heartland Wood Floors for your wood flooring needs.

Great to work with, knowledgeable and punctual. Their communication was great and they were easy to work with. We were able to easily adjust the schedule to accommodate our schedules. Finished product was great and their staff showed us three test spots and discussed with us before finishing. They replaced a section of damaged boards and you couldn’t tell where the replacement was.
