We recently purchased a home and the selling agent was from this agency, Carrie Christensen. During the original negotiations we were clear we were using FHA and we would assist with labor to remove any paint as we assumed it would be called out. Carrie had an estimate done 3 weeks prior to giving the estimate to our agent. With 5 days before the contracted closing date she advised our agent that “her guy assumed he had the bid and that’s who she wanted to use and she was repainting the whole house vs doing touch ups as specifically stated in the appraisal. I was very impressed with Ashley Cherney and how she worked day and night to help find just the right home for my parents. Their move from rural Nebraska to the "big city" was difficult but made just a little easier with everything that Ashley put into the transition. Thanks again, Ashely. You're great!
