In my opinion Dr. Terra Bailey almost killed my dog and I am not 100 percent sure it was on accident. I told them he drank dirty water and said he probably needs antibiotics. I was ignored and they evidently failed to detect leptospirosis in it's earlier stages. My dog one of the most important loves of my life likely almost died because of these in my opinion inept and or evil actions. Then he spent atleast two days if I remember correctly at the Harvey Oaks Animal Hospital and for some reason looked and acted to be afraid of Dr. Terra Bailey the next time I let him near her. That was the straw that broke the camels back when it comes to coincidence, therefore in my humble opinion she should not be allowed near dogs or me for that matter. My instincts say it was not on accident but there is no way to prove that it's just what I gather from the situational evidence I have so I can not make a definitive accusation. It's been on mind to atleast leave a review like this for months now but I've really had to think about it and in my opinion by the way things are going I am being given a sign that it is not right to let this situation go. In my opinion I am usually a very merciful and peace making type of guy and for that reason I let most anything slide, I hope the fact it took me months to even leave a review proves that, but I believe I am being shown it is not right to stay silent and I am being told by my situation to speak up on this matter. With love and respect it was at the very least negligent actions that could have cost me my dear Flash but I think something is telling me it possibly may have not been shear negligence.

Amazing clinic and Dr. Bailey is simply the BEST! We moved and drive out of our way to continue to bring our pets to Harvey Oaks. I wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a vet.

This Vet Hospital was so very accomodating for our beloved Mickey. He passed away while on the road to Omaha. They took care of our immediate need to preserve Mickey so we can bring him home back to Washington. And it was time to take Mickey home, they provided a couple of wonderful hallmark keepsakes to bring him home. Thank You again Harvey Oaks Animal Hospital. You made our goodbye to Mickey a smoother transition more than we can hope for.

Dr. Ardnt is the most amazing vet. I took my cat here for a second opinion after being told she would not make it. Dr. Ardnt took extremely good care of her and she is still with me because of this team. I highly recommend this place for all pets!

My two dogs have seen both Dr. Bailey and Dr. Arndt. I had to take my shih tzu Rufus for a surgery on his eyelid and suggested while he was under anesthesia that they clean his teeth too. They did an exam and said "no, his teeth are just fine." I had just given them permission for an add-on and they declined, which speaks volumes about their ethics. When Rufus needed a re-do on that same eyelid because the growth returned 18 months later, there was no charge--not even for anesthesia, which is challenging in flat-faced dogs. When Rufus developed lymphoma, they confirmed his diagnosis, were honest about his prognosis (poor) and didn't do anything to pressure me into life extending measures. My little shih tzu Molly has just been attacked by a much larger dog, and their boarding and observation with conservative care is an excellent model. They take "first do no harm" seriously in their patients.
Update: Molly was an inpatient for three weeks as the attack led to a medically resistant infection and she spiraled. Dr. Arndt and his staff fought valiantly to save her life and they succeeded. He called us every day to update us on her condition, even on days the practice is closed, encouraging us to visit her. Molly is alive because Dr. Arndt, Jodi and the entire staff care for every patient like it was the their own family member.

Dr. Arndt gave my dog a shot today after I turned it down last visit. And he gave it without asking permission or providing any awareness to me. Front desk is great and the facility is nice, but never have I had a vet or doctor administer a shot without permission.
He’s now banned me from seeing the other vet at his practice. Shady business. There are many other vets in this area. I would recommend finding one who keeps ethics in mind.
Update: Found out the steroid he gave my dog is not recommended by two other vets. Vet refuses to call me back. Malpractice?

I feel this office exemplifies quality veterinary service that is reasonable in cost. I have faith in both Dr. Ardnt and Dr. Bailey in providing the best care for my pet.
