The haircutting is great, but the administration and scheduling service needs improvement. I've received phone calls on at least three separate occasions asking me to reschedule because of automated booking issues or schedule incompatibilities not known at the time I scheduled my appointment over the phone. Hoping to see the issues fixed soon.

The lady that was my hairdresser was very professional. She listened to what I said to her and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I greatly appreciated her listening to my needs.

GREGORY , Gregory gave me such an awesome haircut. He is very consistent with his cuts. So many other places change stylist so frequently you seldom get the same one. Plus others don't have the confidence as a seasoned stylist like Gregory.. He is very professional and I prefer someone who is working on my hair rather than a lot of talking, am not going to the salon to make friends. He is courteous and pleasant....bearly any wait time.
